High Bay Industrial Warehouse | Newbridge

This is a high-bay warehouse facility with three-storeys of ancillary office accommodation to the front. The building features a stepped plan profile to the NE side so as to maximise the loading dock potential. The building featured one of the first joint-free fibre-reinforced concrete ground floor slabs then poured in the country allowing fork-lifts to efficiently access even the highest racking in the 12m high bays. The office building to the front is clad in architectural panels and features a curved stairwell pulled out from the front plane of the building. The building was completed in 2000.
