The project involved the reconfiguring of the existing hotel to remove the former reception and lounge spaces, and to provide a new commercial kitchen and dining room, offices, consultancy and family spaces. All existing building systems were comprehensively overhauled including mechanical, electrical and fire safety provision. The hub now provides managed accommodation for over 30 young families over three floors with a range of additional amenity and service spaces.
