Design Workshop
1–3 hour session (in person or online)

Together, we’ll review how you live in your home, what works and doesn’t, and explore opportunities for natural light, energy efficiency, and potential extensions. We will outline the typical project process so you know exactly what lies ahead.

Feasibility Study
Comprehensive fixed-fee package
The best way to test what’s achievable on your site and within your budget. A Feasibility Study provides clarity on design potential, statutory requirements, timelines, and costs, without unnecessary upfront commitments.
What’s included:
· Development of your project brief
· Measured survey + digital drawings
· Up to 3 design layout options
· 2D drawings + 3D sketches for clear communication
· Review meeting to refine and agree a direction
· Planning + Building Control advice
· Preliminary design programme with milestones
· Advice on future surveys and appointments
· Indicative budget estimate based on the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Consumer Cost Guidelines
· A Quantity Surveyor’s detailed cost estimate (this is an additional appointment that we will arrange on your behalf)

Land Registry Map
Fixed Fee
Land Registry Compliant Maps are often required when buying, selling, or subdividing a property.
We prepare clear, accurate maps that meet Property Registration Authority requirements and work closely with your solicitor to ensure everything is in order. Where needed, we can inspect the site to confirm boundaries and highlight any potential issues early in the process.
