A feasibility study defines your project deliverables, tests them against your budget, and gives you clear, considered advice on design potential, statutory requirements, timelines and costs before you commit to the full design process.

LAND REGISTRY MAPS
Land Registry compliant maps are frequently required when buying, selling or subdividing a property. We carry out a visual inspection survey to prepare clear, accurate maps in full compliance with Property Registration Authority requirements

CONSERVATION SERVICES
If your property is a protected structure, a heritage building or located within an Architectural Conservation Area, specialist advice is essential. Led by our experienced RIAI-accredited conservation architects, we provide practical, sensitive guidance - helping you understand what interventions are appropriate, grant funding support infrastructure, supporting your planning applications, and protecting the building's heritage character while allowing it to function for modern use.
